The free form design of this tree gives the feeling of movement, of a dance. The desert palo verde tree has a wispy quality to it and tangled branches. I contrasted the warm greens of the tree against the violets of the background. The hard, exacting lines of the tree trunk and branches contrast with the softness of the body of the tree.
