10" x 8" oil on canvas panel
I was on a week long painting trip to the Boston area with my friends, Deb Groesser, Kim Casebeer and Kami Mendlik. We stopped one day at a pond along the road called Fountain Pond in Great Barrington. It wasn't a grand lake, but it was very interesting in it's diversity as far as painting.
I walked into the woods a bit and found one tree that contrasted against the darks of it's background. So, that's where I set up. The light lit up the tree trunk an orange color which was nice against the cools.
The painting is priced without a frame or you can purchase it framed at an additional cost.
