10" x 8" oil on canvas panel
When the Plein Air Convention was held in Tucson, I attended and went painting with the other artists. Our "painting trip" was to the Old Tucson Movie Studio, which was a fabulous place with lots to choose from and too little time. I actually didn't get very far into the studio and will have to go back someday. I pretty much walked in, veered to the right and found the yellow building with some perfect light and that's where I stopped.
I started with thin paint which you can see in the brushwork on the shadowed fence. Then I built up the paint more and more in the light colors. The Tucson Movie Studio is filled with a wealth of subject matter to paint.
The painting is priced both framed and unframed and with free shipping.
