Item availability

Original Artwork pieces are one of a kind. Although I make every effort to keep current availability listed on my site, occasionally a painting is sold before I can update the website. If I have sold an original painting that you’ve ordered, I will notify you either via e-mail or telephone.

Some of the paintings are recently completed and are FOR SALE! However, they may need a couple of weeks to dry before they can be safely varnished and shipped. I do my best to photograph them accurately, but your monitor may be different than mine.

Prints are available as long as they are listed on the site.

Online Workshops are downloadable to be used at your convenience. Once you have purchased the workshop, paypal will send you a link directing you to the download and support materials. If you do not receive a subsequent email, please contact me. I will send the email to you as soon as possible.

Books are shipped once a week unless I contact you to inform you otherwise. I will mark it shipped in paypal, once it has been shipped.

Orders are processed through paypal and subject to paypal conditions.

Shipping Orders

Orders are generally shipped within three business days unless otherwise notified. I typically use USPS Priority Mail for smaller items, and UPS Ground for larger packages. If you have a special need please contact me.

International Shipping

I accept International orders. I will contact you for additional shipping costs as needed and if special circumstances or questions require additional communication.

Which credit cards do you accept?

I use paypal which accepts credit cards. I also accept checks. Make checks payable to Becky Joy, mail to:

Also email me of your decision to purchase a painting, so that I can put it on hold.

Do you charge sales tax?

All sales shipping to an Arizona address are subject to 8.3% sales tax.

Return and Cancellation Policy

Your complete satisfaction is guaranteed. I offer store credit, exchange, or full refund (minus shipping cost) for items returned within 30 days of purchase.

How do I make a return or exchange?

Please contact me directly for returns or cancellations.

When will my store credit be issued?

Once your email has been received your credit will be processed within 3-5 business days. You will be notified via email to the address listed on your account when this transaction has taken place.

Do You have layway?

You can structure a plan that works for you. YOU choose your payments. There is no interest and shipping is included. I will then set up a page on my website with your payments using paypal. You will have a password so that only you can access the page, making the payments at your convenience. Or, you can send checks. The plan is your plan.
